The second home is a waterfront home with incredible views and sunsets every night. It also has a new kitchen,granite counter tops, hardwood floors and is situated on a double lot. This home is located at 8944 Rocky Creek Rd in Tampa, FL 33615 in the Town & Country area of Tampa.

Here's how it works:
1. Write a 250 word essay or submit a photo essay about "Why Home Ownership is Important". You can submit your Essay to: submissions@essayforhome.com
2. Each Essay will be reviewed and judged for best overall essay against the other essays.
3. Once the essay is chosen, you will be the owner of a home with Free and Clear title.
4. Each home is rented and has a valid lease agreement in place and each home will make you money monthly since you own the home free and clear.
5. Each essay must be sent along with your contact information. Please do not place your contact information on the essay as this will be kept confidential from the judges.
6. Each essay must also include a check or money order for $150.00 (per essay) and you can enter as many essays as you would like. You may also submit your essay and payment via the Web on our Submit Essay page.
7. EssayforHome.com will make a donation in the
winner(s) name to the Charity of choice.
